Obituary for Earl M. Butler

Butler, Earl M, 92 of Marmora, passed away on July 1, 2016. A lifelong area resident, Earl worked for Atlantic City Electric Company for 39 years and also Cape May County Park North for over 10 years where he enjoyed feeding his deer. As a Navy WWII Veteran, Earl landed in the first wave at Omaha Beach. Earl was a member at the Wesley United Methodist Church, Petersburg. He also enjoyed farming.

Earl is survived by his daughters, Deborah A. Stahl (James) and Barbara A. Butler, his two sisters Margaret Caldwell and Grace Garrity (Tom), three grandchildren and one great grandchild, and his companion of over 12 years, Eloise Biggin. He was predeceased by his wife, Ella and son, James.

A service for Earl will be held 11AM, Thursday, July 7 at the Wesley United Methodist Church, 400 Route 610, Petersburg; viewing from 10-11AM, burial to follow time of service at the Seaside Cemetery, Marmora. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Earls memory to a charity of your choice. Family and friends can share memories and condolences at www.LangleyLovelandFuneralHome.com.
