Woodruff, Jr., Ralph, was born June 18, 1948 to Ralph E Woodruff and Ann Korp Woodruff in Wilson Borough, PA. He died at age 74 on January 18, 2023 in Woodbine, NJ. Ralph was reared and attended school in Phillipsburg, NJ. Sadly, he suffered a brain tumor in 1964 at age 15 when he was in 10th grade. He suffered serious disabilities from the resultant surgery. Prior to his disability, he proudly played football and wrestled for Phillipsburg High School and attended Camp Hugh Beaver (Easton, PA YMCA). Later he attended Delaware Valley Regional High School (Frenchtown, NJ) and studied with tutors at home until he reached age 21. Ralph lived at home until 1980 when he moved into community placements. In 2007, he moved to the Woodbine Developmental Center, Woodbine, NJ. Ralph's youngest sister, Leslie, was his legal guardian for many years. Both of Ralph's parents have predeceased him. He is survived by his sisters, Kathleen Wickham, Elizabeth Woodruff Kidd (D. Craig Kidd), and Leslie E Woodruff (Robert T Campbell). There will be no services.
