Obituary for Carmine DeRosa
Carmine DeRosa, 86, formerly of North Jersey, entered into eternal rest Sunday, November 6 at Seashore Gardens Assisted Living, Galloway.
Born October 10, 1936 in Pollica Italy, he was the son of the late Emilio and Orsola (Orlando) DeRosa.
He retired as a truck driver after 42 years of employment with the Nicholas Sanitation, Paterson NJ and was a member of the Teamsters Union.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife the late June (Sutton) DeRosa (May 16, 2014) and 10 siblings.
Carmine will be deeply missed by his daughters Priscilla Kervran (Jean-Jacques), Tuckahoe and Lorrie Ann Capone (Ralph) Stealmantown. His legacy will continue to live on in his grandchildren Christopher Kervran (Suzy), Nicholas Kervran (Andreia), Matthew Capone, and Stephanie Hayhurst (Mark); great-grandchildren Ryan and Ben Kervran; siblings Marie Scafa, Forked River and Vincent DeRosa, Franklin Lakes; and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will take place 1PM Saturday, November 12 at Langley Loveland Funeral Home 2315 Route 50 Tuckahoe NJ. Family and friends may pay their respects from Noon until the time of service. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
