Obituary for Harry P "Haps" Folger III

Harry Paine Folger, 3rd, was born in NJ on January 17, 1940, and died May 7, 2021.
Harry was predeceased by his parents Rev. Harry P. Folger 2nd and Margaret A. Folger and by his brother Thomas A. Folger. He is survived by his sister Jean-Ann F. Campbell and brother-in-law John W. Campbell, Sr. Harry is also survived by nephew John W. Campbell, Jr. and wife Angela (Maynard), their children Joshua “Paine” Campbell, Caleb and Ella; niece Kristen M. Goble who is married to Sean Goble and they have a daughter Mason; nephew Todd R. Campbell and wife Jennifer (Brevelle) and girls Gwendolyn and Alaina. Also survived by his brother’s family, Lee F. Casselli and husband John Casselli Jr., their children John Casselli 3rd, and Jake; Thomas A. Folger Jr., and wife Donna (Perkins), children Trey Folger and Luke. Peter Folger is the youngest nephew of Harry.
Harry went to Northeastern University in Boston and received his CPA. He worked at Easton and Howard Investments upon graduation. He also worked at Malden Knitting Mills as a comptroller. Then he moved to south Jersey where he moved into the family homestead built in 1818. There, he worked for Bill More Fuels and Woodruff Oil where he retired from.
He enjoyed history and genealogy and belonged to several organizations. The main two were The Mayflower Society where he was Assistant Governor General for the National Organization and Treasurer and Governor for the State of New Jersey; The S.A.R. Sons of the American Revolution is the other.
A funeral service for Harry will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at the Langley Loveland Funeral Home, 2315 Rt 50, Tuckahoe, NJ; a visitation will be held prior from 11am – 12pm.
