Edna Pennello 87 passed away peacefully March 31, 2021 surrounded by her family’s love. Edna was born in Belleplain to Millie and Oliver Gifford. She was a proud homemaker and will be forever remembered by her wonderful smile, her warm and loving heart and positive attitude in whatever life through at her. She loved spending time with her family, going to yards sales and scratch off tickets. Edna is survived by her son Howard (Brenda) and daughter Linda (Bill), the grandchildren she was so proud of, Joe (Diana), Lisa (John), Christine (Jeff), Billy, David (Amy) and Amanda (Mike), the greatgrandchildren she adored, Jake, Luke, Ryan, Robbie, Kayleigh, Anna, Morgan, Sofia and Chase, her beloved nephew Sal (Gert) and her granddog Lilly. Also survived by many who loving called her “Aunt Edna”. Edna was predeceased by her husband Howard, great grandchildren Santina and Anthony, her sisters, Ruth, Pat, Marie, Viv and Dot, Brothers John, Walt, and Norman.
A public viewing will be held from 6pm-8pm on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at the Langley Loveland Funeral Home, 2315 Rt 50, Tuckahoe. A service and burial will be privately held for the family.
