Castagna, Antonia Sr., age 86 of Petersburg, NJ passed away Saturday June 24, 2017. He was born in Marshville, NJ. He retired after 37 years of service in the New Jersey State Forest Fire Service of Mays Landing. He served in the Army during the Korean War, and was a local farmer who loved being in the fields. Antonia is survived by his wife Eleanor Castagna, his son Tony Castagna (Beverly), daughter Lois Meyer (Bill Hagner), daughter Jeana Wynja (Larry), 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11am on Thursday, June 29th at the Wesley United Methodist Church, 400 Dennisville-Petersburg Rd, Petersburg; a viewing will precede service, from 10am - 11am. Interment will follow service at the Wesley United Methodist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wesley United Methodist Church.
