Obituary for Howard E. Pennello

Pennello, Howard E, 77 of Tuckahoe, passed away February 23, 2015 while surrounded by his loving family. Howard was born in New York City, NY to Santina Manuse and Salvatore Pennello. He worked and retired as a mechanic for NJ Transit in Wildwood, enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and going to Dino’s Diner. Howard is survived by his loving wife Edna of 59 years, son Howard (Brenda), daughter Linda Layton (Bill), sister Ida, brother Dino, beloved nephew Sal Pennello (Emma), grandchildren Joe, Lisa, Christine, David, and Amanda; great grandchildren Ryan, Sofia, Jake, Luke, Annabelle, Anthony, Robbie, Chase, Kayleigh and Morgan. Howard is predeceased by brothers, Peter, Guido, Silvio, sister Josephine, and great-granddaughter Santina. A service will be held 11am Thursday February 26, 2015 at the Langley Loveland Funeral Home, 2315 Rt 50, Tuckahoe, NJ, with viewing from 10am until time of service. A burial will be held immediately following service at Head of the River Cemetery, Estell Manor. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Santina Woolley’s name to C.H.O.P.
