Glenn, Rita A., passed away on September 15. She was the loving mother of Wayne Jr. and April Showaker, and grandmother to her 5 adoring grandchildren John, McKenzie, Robert, Corey, and Erin. Rita is also survived by her brother George Thomas and her sister Joan Thomas, and will be sadly missed by her friend Drew Foley. A memorial service will be held on Saturday Sep. 21, 11am at the Townsend Inlet beach. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to Asthma Research Center, Brigham And Women's Hospital, Development Office, 116 Hunting Ave. 3rd Floor, Boston, MA 02116.
